Welcome to Nahj. By using our website and client portal, you agree to these terms.

Services Nahj provides creative, design, development, and marketing services as described in individual proposals, contracts, and statements of work.

Client responsibilities You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and accurate information. Delays in client input may affect timelines.

Payment Fees are stated in quotations and invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may pause work.

Intellectual property Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final deliverables as defined in your contract. Nahj retains rights to pre-existing tools and portfolio usage unless restricted in writing.

Limitation of liability Nahj is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
